RUI 
													Red Table Wine 
											 
											Free-run must is used for this blend of Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, made only from accurately picked and selected grapes. Vinification is in thermostatically-controlled stainless steel vats with ageing in Allier barriques for fourteen months. 
												 
												The wine is then  aged in bottle for a further ten to twelve months. 
												 
												Rui possesses an ample and persistent perfume with notes of blackberries and cherries, harmonising gracefully with vanilla and cinnamon. 
												 
												The flavour is well-balanced with good structure and tannins which, with time, will fully express their elegance and persistence.
