A historical Oltrepò wine produced from 100% Croatina grapes among the hills of Canneto Pavese and Montù Beccaria.

It is intensely and richly ruby-red in colour; the perfume is penetratingly fragrant with notes of violets, bitter almonds, plums, tart Amarena cherries and red berries.

The flavour is dry, soft, tasty and rather pétillant – a good match for salami, sausages, meat-filled ravioli, white meats and cheeses.
